Metal Slug Animation

I was really trying to get this out in time for the Neo Geo Jam! commission, but I'm starting to realize that I may miss the deadline for it! >_< What started out as just a few scenes of animation turned into something a bit bigger than planned...

I've decided to just post the progress that I've made so far for people to view. It's a mixture of storyboarding/animatics, animation, and a hint of clean-up at the end, but things like color, backgrounds, sound effects either do not exist yet (because I haven't drawn them...) or have yet to be added.

-The scene with Fio getting dressed was supposed to have her standing behind a wall, and her chest was going to be covered by both her white tee and some other object. I was going to have Marco slowly peeping his head around the corner for it to make more sense.

-The timing and pacing is off, but was going to be fixed after the animation was done.

This was a really fun project, and I hope to finish it...but my expiration of my Adobe Flash license is almost here...and I ran out of money, unfortunately...;__;

Decided to post a quick Kirby animation. I managed to accomplish this in Blender, though exporting the file was extremely difficult for me. I ended up just recording it using OBS, and then I converted it into a gif! Animating Kirby was more fun than I was expecting!
